Murdock Richard - Director and Chief Executive Officer

Over 30 years experience in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending.  Formed and managed both Real Estate and Mortgage companies successfully and has been recognized by the Louisiana Realtors Association as “1994 Educator of the Year”.  Mr. Richard received his B.S. degree in 1977 from Louisiana State University and Master of Business Administration in 1990 from Tulane.

Charles Priest – Director and President

Over 30 years experience in Mortgage Lending.  Experienced Manager, Vice-President and Owner in companies ranging in size from a Fortune 50 Company to a Start-up Company.  Recognized as having the most successful branch numerous times for several companies.  Mr. Priest received his B.S. degree in 1970 from Northeast Louisiana University.

Gary D. McKiddy - Chief Financial Officer

Over 25 years experience in companies of varying sizes and types - ranging from a Fortune 100 to a Start-up and a Big Four Public Accounting Firm.  Successfully developed and implemented a launch strategy for a state-of-the-art internet based mortgage company.  Mr. McKiddy received his B.S. degree in 1982 from Oklahoma State University, CPA in 1984 and Master of Business Administration in 1989 from Oklahoma City University.
